LuniMart takes full financial and legal liability for your order.
From the moment you complete your purchase until the product is safely delivered to your doorstep, the risk of loss or damage is ours.
If a product is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we take full responsibility to either send a replacement at no extra cost or provide a full refund.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

Each product has an estimated delivery window (typically 7-15 business days for the USA market). While we aim for the fastest delivery possible, the maximum delivery date mentioned at checkout is our commitment to you.

6. Order Cancellation and Refunds

If we are unable to fulfill your order or deliver the product within the agreed timeframe due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you immediately and provide a 100% refund of the amount paid. Your satisfaction and trust are our top priorities.

1. Return Period

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • Exceptions: Electronics, major appliances, and certain seasonal items may have a shorter return window (15–90 days depending on the specific product category).

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.
  • Unused and in its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants).
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Personal care goods (beauty products, intimate garments).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Gift cards.

4. How to Start a Return

5. Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Our Error: If the item is defective, damaged, or wrong, we cover shipping costs.
  • Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees and potential restocking fees.
  • Refund Processing Fee: Please note that a 5% fee will be deducted from all processed refunds.

6. Wrong Address Delivery

If a package is delivered to a wrong address, you must contact us within 24 hours to be eligible for a refund. We cannot offer a refund for wrong address issues reported after this 24-hour window.

7. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so we can make it right.

8. Refunds

Once inspected and approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (minus the 2% fee) within 5–10 business days.

9. Exchanges

The fastest way to get a new item is to return the original and, once accepted, make a separate purchase.
