We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees and potential restocking fees.
  • Refund Processing Fee: Please note that a 5% fee will be deducted from all processed refunds.

6. Wrong Address Delivery

If a package is delivered to a wrong address, you must contact us within 24 hours to be eligible for a refund. We cannot offer a refund for wrong address issues reported after this 24-hour window.

8. Refunds
